This posting is for a Part-Time Cash Operations Postion within our Operations Department.
This position is responsible for performing all duties of the Cash Operations Department in accordance to the Lucky Dog Casino Standard Operating Procedures. The Cash Operations Position may work as a Cage Cashier, Vault Employee, Club Lucky Representative or Soft Count Team Member.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Banking experience a plus! LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read, write, speak and understand English. Read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patrons, clients and other employees of the organization.
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Must have working knowledge of computers and be familiar with Microsoft Word.
Responsible for alcohol portioning, service and restaurant cashier functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote customer service as a priority; which includes but is not limited to; providing prompt and courteous service to patrons and receiving and delivering food and beverage orders.
Ensure patron satisfaction by following up with existing patrons, and recognizing, assisting and resolving any adverse issues.
Properly stock bar.
Assist in resolving concerns made by patrons regarding food and/or service.
May assist with monthly liquor, beer and wine inventory.
Adhere to established food and beverage policies, Washington liquor laws and sanitary codes.
Accurate cash register accounting.
May assist in monitoring and auditing the daily MICROS cash report.
May assist in and cross-training in applicable Food and Beverage areas.
Meet attendance guidelines by reporting to work as scheduled with dependability and consistency.
Promote and encourage positive patron relations.
Represent the company in a positive manner.
Maintain professional dress standards and personal appearance as dictated by the policy manual.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; A minimum of two (2) years of consistent high volume bartending experience within the food and beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SUMMARY: Assist in coordination, execution, and implementation of all Marketing programs while providing exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Optimize the player experience by assisting with streamlined execution of all promotions and special events.Create new player club card accounts within the player tracking system, issue player club cards, explain features of the card and answer any questions regarding the program.Identify new player club card members by introducing the benefits to non-members within the casino.Explain benefits of all marketing programs to players and employees.Accurately complete and submit to appropriate parties all required federal, state and tribal forms when awarding prizes.As directed, assign club members appropriate prizes and awards within the Casino Management System.Resolve customer service issues in a timely fashion. Log all returned direct mail pieces within the player tracking system.Redeem offers and rewards in the player tracking system.Assist with execution of special events and promotions; including, public speaking, dispensing prizes, and organizing players.Public Speaking: Meet attendance guidelines by reporting to work as scheduled with dependability and consistency.Promote and encourage positive patron relations.Represent the company in a positive manner. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required and six (6) months to one (1) year related experience in marketing, special events or promotions required; casino experience is beneficial.
This position will assist with the preparation of food in a fast paced environment and must possess an enthusiastic, food-centric attitude.

The Skokomish Gaming Commission shall not License for any Person who:
Is under the age of 21;
Has been convicted of, or entered a plea of no contest to a gambling offense, theft, embezzlement, fraud, or misrepresentation; unless 7 years have passed since the offense and the person is a member of a federally recognized Indian tribe who has been determined by the Tribe to be a person who is not likely again to engage in any offensive or criminal course of conduct;
Has been convicted of or entered a plea of guilty or no contest to any other offense related to honesty, violence, or drugs; this provision shall not apply if that person has been pardoned by the Governor of the State where the conviction occurred or if a member of a federally recognized Indian tribe has been determined by the Tribe to be a person who is not likely again to engage in any offensive or criminal course of conduct, and the public good does not require that the applicant be denied a License as a Key Employee or Primary Management Official; or
If the Commission determines that the person has participated in organized crime or unlawful gambling, or is a person whose prior activities, criminal record, reputation, habits, and/or associations pose a threat to the public interest or to the effective regulation and control of Gaming, or create or enhance the dangers of unsuitable, unfair, or illegal practices and methods and activities in the conduct of Gaming, or to the carrying on of the business and financial arrangements incidental to the conduct of Gaming.
